The following are fitness equipment recommendations for the Alternating Fitness home gym Big Booty/Core Program. The recommended equipment will add up to approximately $300.00.  The investment is a great value for those on limited time with the desire to improve their glutes (booty) and core.

Specifications: The minimum width of the dumbbell needs to be at least 5 inches for the monkey foot.

Maximum handle diameter is 1.45 inches

Maximum dumbbell weight is 160 lbs.
